On August 23,
2009, at the 12:30 pm Mass, St. Philip Parish celebrated the 45th
anniversary of the founding of the parish and the dedication of the new
bell tower and the outdoor shrine. Bishop William E. Lori celebrated the
Mass, and performed the dedications. This was the culmination of the
"Lift High The Cross Campaign " begun in June 2007
