Fall Festival Volunteer Sign-up
There are volunteer opportunities galore for you to be a part of this Parish Fun Raiser!
PLEASE DO NOT SIGN-UP IN DIFFERENT AREAS
FOR SHIFTS AT THE SAME TIME
On the day of the Festival, ALL VOLUNTEERS need to check-in at the INFORMATION BOOTH located in the center street side of the school building to confirm your assignment and pick-up your name tag and apron.

Friday 9/22 Raffle Basket Set-up

Help set-up the Tents and Tables Help set-up the Tables and everything else Help prep the food for Saturday Finalize Raffle baskets, signage, table set up, etc Help with the last minute set-up Display and sell donated Bake Goods Blow-up and sell balloons Help at the Craft Booth Sell tickets for the Kids Games and Tractor Hay Ride Check in Volunteers, Vendors and Community Partners. Distribute and collect aprons and name tags for each volunteer. Volunteer to help run the Kids Games Cook, Take Orders or Serve Take Orders or Serve Empty Trash cans and tidy up the Grounds Help Fall Festival attendees pick the perfect pumpkins and mums Help Fall Festival attendees paint their pumpkins Sell Raffle Basket tickets Help at the Religious Items Booth Maintain the line of guest waiting for the Train and Tractor Hay Rides Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Pretzels and Lemonade You've seen these during the holidays, this year we've got our funky socks at the festival. This helps support our Midnight Run organization to earn a warm pair to give to the homeless. Volunteer to help in the Tag Sale Room Collect tickets for the guest then ride in the wagon to maintain safety of all passengers. MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER Put tables away, take down tents and signs. Clean up the Grounds |
